  We came here looking for broadband for 2 people, one of us working from home. They tried to sell us on their gigafast plan, 900 Mbps, with Netflix included (even though we don't use Netflix) and said that I needed that speed for work. They told us that the installation dates were going really quick so we should try to book in there and then. It felt like they spent more time trying to convince us that we were getting an exclusive good deal rather than just giving us what we wanted. We walked away, looked up the broadband plans on the Sky website, and found what we actually wanted for much cheaper than they were trying to sell us. Just a generally untrustworthy experience.

  2026 mar 24: Sky West Orchards Coventry…We discussed with RICHARD, Sky Representative on duty in Coventry the potential to change our tv broadband supplier from VIRGIN to Sky! Richard was so so helpful and knowledgable and within 1 hour we had opened an account with Sky and all details taken care of! Well done RICHARD deserve 5 stars, for making out transition effortless!
